Online professional development

The Course (professional development for early years educators): 'The Secret to Being an Incredible Preschool Teacher' - How to use drama to transform social and emotional learning

Learn with us online or in person, as an indvidual or as part of a larger cohort, and benefit from professional development that will empower you and transform the way your children learn.

If you work in an early years setting, whether that be an EYFS setting in England, a preschool setting in the United States, or anything in between - this is the perfect way to improve your skills of using drama to transform personal, social and emotional development.

I'm a Lead Early Years Consultant or part of an Early Years Improvement Team in charge of raising standards across several settings: How does this work for me?
Please get in touch and we'll work with you to develop a format of the course that's perfect for your teachers/childcare professionals. This may mean individuals learning independently online, or it may be better for your group if the course is delivered in-person. We have found that for many cohorts what works well is a mixture of the two: an element of in-person, group training alongside online webinars and access to the pre-recorded online lessons. Either way, individuals will try out what they learn in their setting, and benefit from ongoing support from the Course Leader and from an online support group.

We have found that for many cohorts what works well is a mixture of the two: an element of in-person, group training alongside online webinars and access to the pre-recorded online lessons. Either way, individuals will try out what they learn at home/in class with their fellow students whilst they develop their skills and confidence, and on their school placements. They'll also benefit from ongoing support from the Course Leader and from an online support group.
