3. SING: Snowy Weather (to the tune of Frère Jacques)

Snowy weather, snowy weather
Cold as ice, cold as ice
Catch a falling snowflake
Catch a falling snowflake
Snow is nice, snow is nice

3. Repeat the song standing up, with motions for each line. Then use the children's ideas about how to play in the snow and repeat:

Snowy weather, snowy weather
Cold as ice, cold as ice
Build a silly snowman
Build a silly snowman
Snow is nice, snow is nice

Make a snow angel...

Slide down a hill...

4. Enjoy an imaginary cup of hot cocoa with lots of marshmallows to warm up those cold fingers when you come inside!
